Attributes and Qualities

QUANTITIES AND MEASUREMENTS

FIRST GRADE

The mathematical attributes and qualities enable the development of observational and causal thinking among boys and girls from their first schooling.

In Mathematics, the term "attribute" is used to describe and compare the characteristics or qualities of any object, which allow us to group with other similar objects based on size, color, shape...

It is important that, during the teaching of early mathematics, the boys and girls learn the basic concepts of classifying objects and later expand them in higher grades by applying them to notions of geometry and trigonometry.

Their learning is part of the binary oppositions as well as the learning of opposing concepts.
