Opposite Concepts

QUANTITIES AND MEASUREMENTS

FIRST GRADE

The mathematical opposite concepts are a set of words related to each other and, in turn, contrary to each other.

Binary oppositions are part of the observational and causal thinking that students develop from the first years of life and show that the form what any boy or girl has to put in order his world (from a logical sense) consists in dividing everything into opposite concepts.

Their learning helps children understand, identify, associate and classify the different elements of their environment.
